I Don’t Feel at Home Anymore chronicles the annual visit of a student returning home for the holidays to China from her studies in Belgium.

This visit is marred by the familiar feeling of not belonging that sits with her on campus and has now followed her into her home. While festivities abound, she still feels very alone and out of place despite being surrounded by loved ones.

The recipient of a Special Mention in the student category at IDFA, Viv Li captures this familiar account ever so eloquently, posing the age-old question of where is home, really?
